INCIDENT OU-3
At 02:47 local, Recovery Team B entered the boundary of Site OU-3 in response to the persistent broadcast described in TRANSMISSION 14-B.
Upon approach to the source antenna, the team reported a standing wave anomaly producing audible interference at conversational distance. Two personnel — call signs and — became unresponsive and were not recovered.
An individual matching no recorded personnel description was recovered ambulatory from the antenna base; this individual is the subject of file Subject K.
